Automated Statements are being processed through our Transaction Management System for clients using PracticeWorks, SoftDent, OrthoTrac and Sensei Cloud. We are finalizing a solution for WinOMS customers and will release those statements once completed. Please check back here for updates or click Learn More for additional information.

We currently have your automated statements queuing in our clearinghouse so there is no need to resubmit. We have engaged our back-up vendor and are finalizing technical security, and set-up provisions and then we will get these statements released. One of our vendors reported a network outage due to a possible security incident. They disconnected affected services to minimize exposure. The vendor has indicated that they expect services to be offline at least until end-of-day Wednesday (2/28/24). Click Learn More for additional information.
