One of our vendors reported a network outage due to a possible security incident. They disconnected affected services to minimize exposure. The vendor has indicated that they expect services to be offline at least until end-of-day Monday (3/04/24). Though requirements regarding written prescriptions vary by state, printing capabilities have been enabled in all systems, including Sensei Cloud. Therefore, software users can temporarily bypass submitting prescriptions electronically and instead print paper prescriptions. Click Learn More for additional information.
