The primary issue has been resolved. However, users may continue to experience a delay of up to a few hours in the upload of newly acquired images to the Hosted environment.

Carestream Dental is investigating reports of an issue with our Orthodontic Imaging Hosted service. Images taken may not be uploading or users may be experiencing degraded performance.
