Our payment processing partner is transitioning to a new platform that doesn't yet provide the reporting practices need to match patient payments to accounts. To prevent reconciliation issues, we've temporarily removed the payment link from electronic statements.
Patients can still view their statements online but will need to contact the practice directly to make a payment. We're working with our partner to restore full functionality as quickly as possible and will post updates here as we have them.
